ANV: BODs resolution on setting up the subsidiary

On November 06, 2018, Nam Viet corporation (ANV) approved to contribute VND540,000,000,000 to set up the Nam Việt Bình Phú Aquaculture Com. Ltd (a subsidiary of ANV), accounting for 100% charter capital of Nam Việt Bình Phú Aquaculture Com. Ltd.

  The appointment of Mr. Doan Chi Thien as the representative of 100% stake of ANV in Nam Việt Bình Phú Aquaculture Com. Ltd.
