2. Information about the public tender offer:

-        Name of target stock: Bentre Aquaproduct Import And Export Joint Stock Company

-        Stock code: ABT

-        Par value: VND10,000/share

-        Stock type: common stock, freely transferable.

-       Number of shares expected to be offered: 825,152 shares (equivalent to 7.18% number of  outstanding shares of ABT)

-      Number of shares expected to be owned after the public tender offer: 9,197,806 shares (equivalent to 80.00% number of outstanding shares of ABT)

-        Purchase price: VND46,000/share

-        Registration date: from November 27, 2018 to December 27, 2018.

-        Agent for purchase: Sai Gon Securities Incorporation (SSI).
