-      Number of shares after additional listing: 76,878,722 shares

-      Total value after additional listing: VND768,787,220,000

-      Effective date of the listing license: October 26, 2018

-      Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
