VJC: Resolution on collecting shareholders opinion

On October 11, 2018, VietJet Aviation Joint Stock Company announces the Resolution of collecting shareholders’ opinion in writing as follows:

1. The approval of the policy of the issuance of international convertible bonds to finance the development of the fleet with export assistance (ECA), commercial loans, bond issuance, capital increase...
2. The approval of the plan for the common shares issuance for convertible bonds.
3. The approval of the listing of international convertible bonds on Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX).
