VHM: BOD resolution on the capital contribution to An Thinh

The Board of Directors of Vinhomes Joint Stock Company (VHM) dated October 29, 2018, the Board of Directors approved to contribute its capital to set up a company with the following details:

-      Company name: An Thinh Trading Development and Business Joint Stock Company

-      Address: Floor 20A, Vincom Center Building, 72 Le Thanh Ton, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam

-      Charter capital: VND20,000,000,000 (VHM contributed VND17,000,000,000, accounting for 85% charter capital of An Thinh Trading Development and Business JSC.)

-      To appoint Ms. Cao Thi Ha An as the representative of 100% stake of VHM in An Thinh Trading Development and Business Joint Stock Company.
