-      Number of shares before additional listing: 161,999,890 shares

-      Additional volume: 1,000,000 shares

-      Total additional value (based on par value): VND10,000,000,000

-      Number of shares after additional listing: 162,999,890 shares

-      Total value after additional listing: VND1,629,998,900,000

-      Effective date of the listing license: October 03, 2018

-      Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to increase the the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
