TNG: Correction of purpose of issuing corporate bond

On 22/ 10/ 2018, TNG Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company amended the contents of Clause II. Purpose of bond issuance (plan on the use of raised capital) in the Plan on issuing convertible bonds without collateral in domestic market together with the Board of Directors’ Resolution No. 2275/ NQ- HDQT dated 24/ 09/ 2018 as follows:

• Remove the following point: “Invest in other projects”. The rest will remain unchanged
• Reason for the alteration: typing error
