The Board of Directors approved the 2018 annual shareholders’ meeting (AGM) and the dividend payment:

1. Approving to the payment for the second phase 2018 cash dividend

Dividend pay-out ratio:           10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

Record date:                        November 02, 2018

Payment date:                          December 14, 2018

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Tan Binh Import – Export Joint Stock Corporation.
