4. Expected issue volume: 10,000,000 shares

6. Issue ratio: 1000:514 (Each shareholder owning 01 share will receive 01 purchase right; new shares = purchase rights:1000*514)
7. The fractional and unsold shares (if any) will be offered to other investors at a price not lower than the one offerred to the existing shareholders (VND10,000/share).
