On October 04, 2018, HOSE issued Announcement No.1234/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of Thaiduong Petrol Joint Stock Company as follows:
- Ex-right date: October 15, 2018
- Record date: October 16, 2018
- Reason & Purpose: to pay stock dividend for 2016&2017.
- Contents:
- Exercise ratio: 30% (Shareholders are entitled to have 03 new shares for every 10 shares owned.); Of which:
+ To pay stock dividend for 2016: 10%
+ To pay stock dividend for 2017: 20%.
- Estimated issue volume: 3,870,000shares
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.
- For example: At the record date, shareholder A owned 125 shares. With 30% performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 125 * 30% = 37.5 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receives 37 new shares. The fractional shares of 0.5 will be cancelled.
