Sonadezi Long Thanh Shareholding Company (SZL) has signed construction contract with Sonadezi An Binh Joint Stock Company which is related to Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan, Mr. Dinh Ngoc Thuan and Ms. Huynh Hoang Oanh, including the following packages:

1. The Workshop No.03:

+ Area:   36 * 72m

+ Location: Chau Duc Industrial zone, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province.

+ Contract value: VND8,530,514,701 (including VAT)

2. The Workshop No.56:

+ Area:   30 * 72m

+ Location: Long Thanh Industrial zone, Dong Nai Province

+ Contract value: : VND11,644,769,658 (including VAT);

3. The Workshop No.57:

+ Area:   30 * 72m

+ Location: Long Thanh Industrial zone, Dong Nai Province

+ Contract value: VND12,028,874,588 (including VAT).
