SRF: BOD resolution on planning the purchase of treasury shares

On October 25, 2018, the Board resolution of Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Corporation approved to plan the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

-   Stock name: Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Corporation

-   Stock symbol: SRF

-   Stock type: common share

-   Par value: VND10,000/share

-   Purpose of shares buyback: to increase base earnings per share (EPS) and increase market value of the company.

-   Number of shares expected to be bought: 762,360 shares (equivalent to 2.35% number of shares issued)

-   Expected purchase period: no more than 30 days from the beginning date of the trading and the approval by the State Securities Commission (SSC).

-   Trading method: order matching

-   Capital resources for implementation: capital surplus, undistributed profit after tax and other funds of the audited separate financial statements at 31 Dec 2017.

-   Price purchase: at the market price.
