SII: BOD approves to suspend the public offering

On October 23, 2018, Sai Gon Water Infrastructure Corporation (code: SII) issued Resolution No.43/2018/NQ-HĐQT regarding the Board of Directors approved to suspend the public offering for capital increase. Accordingly, the BOD will submit this issue to the General Meeting of Shareholders and request the implementation of the issuance in 2019 at the next shareholder meeting.
