SFI: BOD resolution on transferring stake in KCTC Viet Nam

On October 03, 2018, the Board of Directors of Sea & Air Freight International (SFI) approved to transfer its stake in KCTC Viet Nam Com.Ltd to Best SCM Solutions Com. Ltd with the transfer value of 23% stake of SFI in Best SCM Solutions Com. Ltd.

   Time of implementation: October 2018 or December 2018.
