SDH: Stock under trading restriction

Pursuant to Regulations on Organization and Management of UPCoM at the HNX attached to Decision No.78/QĐ-SGDHN dated 05/02/2016 by Hanoi Stock Exchange, HNX announces the temporary suspension of SDH stock as follows:
-          Issuer: Song Da Infrastructure Construction JSC
-          Securities type: common stock
-          Stock code: SDH
-          Par value: VND10,000/share
-          Number of shares under temporary trading suspension: 20,950,000 shares
-          Total value under temporary trading suspension (by par): VND 209,500,000,000
-          Trading restriction: SDH can only be traded on Friday weekly.
-          Effective date: 08/10/2018
-      Reason: Late disclosure of information for more than 45 days in the semi-annual financial statements of 2018 and failure to rectify the causes of the suspension of transaction in Notice No. 1175/TB-SGDHN. According to Point a, Item 1, Article 32 of the Trading Regulation, the stock is put under restriction
Hanoi Stock Exchange will notify when SDH stock is allowed to be traded again after the company remedies the cause for being put under trading suspension.
