REE: Decision on tax penalties

Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation received the decision of tax inspection by the Taxation Department of Ho Chi Minh City dated October 26, 2018 regarding the tax penalty as follows:

1. Value added tax arrears:

-       In 2015: VND197,276,924

-       In 2016: VND400,786,892

2. Corporate income tax arrears:

-       In 2016: VND394,430,000

-       In 2017: VND7,016,956,391

3. Penalty for false declaration of Value added tax:

-       In 2015: VND39,455,385

-       In 2016: VND80,157,378

4. Penalty for false declaration of Corporate income tax:

-       In 2016: VND78,886,000

-       In 2017: VND1,403,391,278

5. Late payment of Value added tax:

-       In 2015: VND6,269,222

-       In 2016: VND18,797,661

6. Late payment of Corporate income tax:

-       In 2016: VND66,619,227

-       In 2017: VND416,807,210
