Notice of Cancellation of Auction

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce cancellation of the selling shares auction of Dong Nai Food Industrial Corporation (DOFICO) in Dong Nai Import Export Joint Stock Company (DONIMEX) as follows:

     Until 16:00 on October 09, 2018, the deadline of registration and deposit Dong Nai Food Industrial Corporation (DOFICO) in Dong Nai Import Export Joint Stock Company (DONIMEX), there was one investor to participate in the auction. Therefore, based on Article 14 of Decision No.379/QĐ-SGDHCM dated September 27, 2018 promulgating the auction regulation on the selling shares of Dong Nai Food Industrial Corporation (DOFICO) in Dong Nai Import Export Joint Stock Company (DONIMEX), this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
