Mobile World Investment Corporation has intention to repurchase its stock as follows:

-   Number of shares registered to buy back: 30,745 shares

-   Expected trading period: in October

-   Trading method: Transferring rights through VSD

-   Purpose: to buy back shares from employees who retired
