-      Number of shares before additional listing: 188,749,454 shares

-      Additional volume: 1,865,000 shares

-      Total additional value (based on par value): VND18,650,000,000

-      Number of shares after additional listing: 190,614,454 shares

-      Total value after additional listing: VND1,906,144,540,000

-      Effective date of the listing license: October 19, 2018

-      Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
