KSD: Change in personnel

On 04/10/2018, DNA Investment Joint Stock Company announced the Board Resolution as follows: 
-  Article 1. BOD approved the resignation of Mr.Truong Duy Thang as Deputy Chairman of the Board, Member of the Board since 04/10/2018.
- Article 2. Additional elected member of the BOD will be approved at the latest Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
This Board resolution took effect from the signing date.
