JVC: BOD approves the adjustment of second 2018 AGM content

On October 19, 2018, the Board of Directors of Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument Joint Stock Company approved to adjust the content of second Annual General Meeting 2018 (AGM) with the following content:

-       The cancellation of the merger of Kyoto Medical Science into Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument Joint Stock Company.
