HEM: Board resolution

On 16 Oct 2018, Hanoi Electromechanical Manufacturing Joint Stock Company announced the board resolution as follows:
Article 1: Approve that HEM borrows capital from VIETNAM ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT JOINT STOCK CORPORATION to supplement working capital as follows:

• The borrowing: VND 65 billion
• Loan term (maximum): 6 months
• Interest rate: 10%/ year (pay interest at the last of the term)
