HBC: HBC wins new construction projects

Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate Corporation has won new construction packages worth 1,994 billion dongs, including the following projects:

1. Package: The Peak – Mid Town

-       Investor: Phu Hung Thai (Phu My Hung Group)

-       Location: Phu My Hung urban area, District 7, Hochiminh City.

-       Total value: 1,594 billion dongs

2. Package: Swan City Project – East Saigon Phase 1

-       Investor: Nhon Trach New Industrial City Com. Ltd (CFLD Group)

-       Location: Phu Thanh and Long Tan Commune, Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai Province

-       Total value: 340 billion dongs

3. Package: Four Seasons Luxury Hotel

-       Investor: Viet Nam Intimex Joint Stock Company

-       Location: 22-32 Le Thai To Street, Hang Trong Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Ha Noi.

-       Total value: 60 billion dongs
