GEX: GEX completed the selling of shares in DVH

On October 17, 2018, Viet Nam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation (GEX) completed the selling of the whole of shares of Viet Nam – Hungari Electric Machinery Manufacturing JSC (stock code: DVH) which is owned by GEX. Accordingly, Viet Nam – Hungari Electric Machinery Manufacturing JSC is no longer a subsidiary of GEX.
