Duc Thanh Wood Processing Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated October 27, 2018 as follows:

1. The Board of Directors approves to free transfer of the first 50% ESOP 2016 shares from December 10, 2018.
2. Approving to pay second cash dividend for 2018 with the rate of 15% (1,500 dongs/share) and payment date of December 2018.
3. Approving to issue ESOP 2018 shares:

-       Stock type: common share

-       Par value: VND10,000/share

-       Number of issued shares: 16,394,176 shares

-       Number of outstanding shares: 16,316,766 shares

-       Number of treasury shares: 77,410 shares

-       Number of shares expected to be issued: 742,792 shares

-       Total value (based on par value): VND7,427,920,000

-       Issue rate: 4.55%

-       Issue price: 10,000 dongs/share

-       Total proceeds from the issue: VND7,427,920,000

-       Plan for capital use from the issue: total proceeds from the issue will be implemented working capital for business production.

-       Transfer restriction: these shares will be restricted in 02 years from the finish date of the issue.

-       Time of implementation: Q4.2018
