- Exercise rate: 10:9 (shareholders are entitled to buy 9 new shares for every 10 shares they own. Number of shares received will be rounded down to unit digit). Odd shares and unsold shares will be distributed to other subjects with price not lower than that offered to outstanding shareholders.

- Time for transfer of purchase rights: from 07/11/2018 to 30/11/2018
- Time for registration and payment: from 07/11/2018 to 04/12/2018
