Dividend pay-out ratio:           6%/ par value (VND600/ share)

Payment date:                          November 15, 2018

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Dong A Hotel Group Joint Stock Company as from November 15, 2018.
