CLL: BOD resolution dated November 10, 2018 On October 10, 2018, the Board resolution of Cat Lai Port Joint Stock Company (CLL) announces the following issues:
1. Approving the plan for capital contribution to cooperate and invest in the storage in Long Thanh – Dong Nai between Cat Lai Port Joint Stock Company (CLL) and Long Thanh Logistics and Storage Joint Stock Company (KBLT), including:
- Warehouse area: 19.800 m2
- Total investment value: VND108,000,000,000
- Stake ratio: 50:50 (CLL: VND54,000,000,000 and KBLT: VND54,000,000,000)
- Duration of capital contribution: according to investment progress
- Hiring price: 15,000 dongs/m2/month
- Estimated construction price: 4,500,000 dongs/m2
- Price of warehouse for lease: 61,000 dongs/m2/month
- Warehouse type: High quality CFS warehouse
- Warehouse management unit: Long Thanh Logistics and Storage Joint Stock Company.
2. Approving to change the representative of stake of CLL in Cat Lai Port International Logistics Joint Stock Company (CIL):
- To appoint Mr. Lam Van Tuan - member of BOD as the representative of stake of VND11.4 billion (equivalent to 60% of the value stake) in Cat Lai Port International Logistics Joint Stock Company (CIL), he replaces Mr. Nguyen Dinh Thi from October 2018.
- To appoint Mr. Le Thanh Son – member of BOD cum Chief Accountant as the representative of stake of VND7.6 billion (equivalent to 40% of the value stake) in Cat Lai Port International Logistics Joint Stock Company (CIL), he replaces Mr. Ngo Pham Viet Tuan from October 25, 2018.
