CC4: HNX notice: CC4 stock under trading suspension (UPCoM)

As of 5/10/2018, pursuant to Regulation on organization and management of UPCoM at HNX attached to Decision No.455/QD-SGDHN dated 20/6/2017 (Regulation on trading registration), HNX announced the trading suspension of stock as follows:

  • Issuer: IInvestment and Construction Joint Stock Company No.4
  • Securities type: common stock
  • Stock code: CC4
  • Par value: VND10,000/share
  • Number of shares under trading suspension: 16,000,000 shares
  • Total value under trading suspension (by par): 160,000,000,000 VND
  • Effective date: 8/10/2018
      -      Reason: Late in information disclosure of Semi annual FS 2018 (over 45 days) and not resolve the cause
Hanoi Stock Exchange will notify when the stock is allowed to resume trading after the company remedies the cause for being put under trading suspension pursuant to the Regulation on trading registration.
