AST: BOD approves to contribute its capital to VinaCS

On September 27, 2018, the Board of Directors of Taseco Air Services Joint Stock Company approved to contribute its capital to the Vietnam Air Catering Services Joint Stock Company (VinCS) as follows:

-       Number of shares expected to contribute: 2,000,000 shares

-       Par value: VND10,000/share

-       Total value: VND20,000,000,000

-       Number of shares after the additional capital contribution in VinCS: 8,000,000 shares, accounting for 26.67% charter capital of VinCS.

-       Total value (based on par value): VND80,000,000,000.

-       Time of implementation: Q3.2018 or Q4.2018

-       To appoint Mr. Nguyen Minh Hai as the representative of stake in VinCS.
