AMD: BOD resolution on divestment in subsidiary

On October 05, 2018, FLC AMD Mining and Investment Joint Stock Company approved to transfer the whole of 980,000 shares of AMD SMART Joint Stock Company and the transfer price is not lower than the par value.

   After the transfer completed, FLC AMD Mining and Investment Joint Stock Company will no longer own its stake in AMD SMART Joint Stock Company.
