Van Phu - Invest Investment Joint Stock Company (VPI) announces the BOD resolution dated September 12, 2018 as follows:

1. Approving the signing of new joint venture agreements for implementing the projects between Van Phu - Invest Investment Joint Stock Company (VPI) and No.2 Van Phu Company Limited.
2. Approving to contribute VND494,000,000,000 to Van Phu Investment – Pham Hung Company Limited (accounting for 65% charter capital of Van Phu Investment – Pham Hung Company Limited).
