On September 25, 2018, HOSE issued Decision No.378/QD-SGDHCM to allow Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (securities code: VNM) to change the listing as follows:

-      Number of shares before additional listing: 1,451,453,429 shares

-      Additional volume: 290,234,364 shares

-      Total additional value (based on par value): VND2,902,343,640,000

-      Number of shares after additional listing: 1,741,687,793 shares

-      Total value after additional listing: VND17,416,877,930,000

-      Effective date of the listing license: September 27, 2018

-      Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to increase the equity.
