VCI: Decision on administrative sanction against violations

On September 14, 2018, the State Securities Commission has issued a decision on administrative sanction against violations for Viet Capital Securities Joint Stock Company , which allowed some clients to conduct the margin trading in excess of the purchasing power on their escrow account. At January 01, 2016 and December 31, 2016, the total margin for a single customer exceeds 3% of the equity of the company.

     Therefore, the company has been fined VND 125 million, effective from September 14, 2018
