-      Total additional value (based on par value): VND56,313,340,000

-      Number of shares after additional listing: 63,502,375 shares

-      Total value after additional listing: VND635,023,750,000

-      Effective date of the listing license: September 12, 2018

-      Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to increase the equity and the dividend payment.
