On September 20, 2018, HOSE issued Decision No.369/QD-SGDHCM to allow SMC Investment Trading Joint Stock Company (securities code: SMC) to change the listing as follows:

-      Number of shares before additional listing: 42,005,961 shares

-      Additional volume: 12,992,399 shares

-      Total additional value (based on par value): VND129,923,990,000

-      Number of shares after additional listing: 54,998,360 shares

-      Total value after additional listing: VND549,983,600,000

-      Effective date of the listing license: September 24, 2018

-      Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to the dividend payment and the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
