SGR: SGR sets up a limited company

On September 26, 2018, the Board of Directors of Saigon Real – Estate Joint Stock Company (SGR) approved to establish Tuan Minh Real Estate Co., ltd. (*), in which SGR owns 50% and Hop Nghia investment & development JSC (*) owns 50%.
