SGO: Stock under temporary trading suspension

Pursuant to Listing Regulation of HNX attached to Decision No.639/QĐ-SGDHN dated 16/10/2016 by HNX and Decision No.958/QĐ-SGDHN dated 24/11/2017, HNX announced the temporary suspension of the stock as follows:

  • Issuer: Sai Gon Vegetable Oil Joint Stock Company
  • Stock code: SGO
  • Effective date: 21/09/2018
      -    Reason: The Company continues to violate the regulations on information disclosure on stock market after stock has been put under supervision. Besides, the Company has not remedied the cause for which stock has been put under supervision. The stock is suspended from trading in accordance with the provisions of Point 1.2, Clause 1, Article 14 of the Listing Regulation.
HNX will notify when the stock is allowed to be traded again or to be put in alert/supervision status after the company remedies the cause for being put under trading suspension.
