PIV: PIV stock under temporary trading suspension

 
 
Pursuant to Listing Regulations at the HNX attached to Decision No.455/QĐ-SGDHN dated 20/06/2017 by Hanoi Stock Exchange, HNX announces the temporary suspension of PIV stock as follows:
- Issuer:  PIV Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: PIV
- Suspension method: PIV is allowed to be traded on Friday
- Effective date: 07/09/2018
- Reason: The Company has not remedied the cause for which stock has been put under delisting. PIV stock is suspended from trading in accordance with the provisions of Point e , Clause 1 , Article 32 of the Listing Regulations.
Hanoi Stock Exchange will notify when PIV stock is allowed to be traded  again after the company remedies the cause for being put under trading suspension.
