Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp received the decision of tax inspection by the Taxation Department of Hochiminh City dated September 12, 2018 regarding the tax penalty as follows:

-       Penalty for false declaration:                41,363,632 dongs

-       Corporate income tax arrears:    206,818,161 dongs

-       Late payment:                                      10,237,499 dongs
