On September 10, 2018, the Board of Directors of Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument Joint Stock Company approved the personnel change as follows:

-       Approving the resignation of Mr. Pham Quang Huy as Chairman of BOD as from September 10, 2018.

-       Approving the appointment of Mr. Nguyen The Huong as member cum Chairman of BOD as from September 10, 2018.
