On September 07, 2018, the BODs of Hoa Sen Group issued Resolution No.80/NQ/HĐQT/2018 about the establishment of two branches, specifically as follows:

1. Branch name: Hoa Sen Group – Bac Son, Lang Son Branch

-   Address: highway 1B, Tran Dang Ninh Area, Bac Son Town, Bac Son District, Lang Son Province, Vietnam.

-   Head of branch: Mr. Ngo Thanh Tung

2. Branch name: Hoa Sen Group – Chi Lang, Lang Son Branch

-   Address: Pha Lac Hamlet, Chi Lang Town, Chi Lang District, Lang Son Province, Vietnam.

-   Head of Branch: Mr. Vu Tuan Tung.
