HSG: Information on buyback of ESOP shares

      On September 14, 2018, Hoa Sen Group announces the buyback of ESOP shares from the employees signed as follows:

-   Number of treasury shares before trading: 119,300 shares

-   Number of shares registered to buy: 15,000 shares

-   Purchase price: VND10,000/share

-   Purpose: to repurchase shares to make its treasury shares

Trading period: within 30 days after the State Securities Commission approved.

-   Trading method: to transfer rights via the Vietnam Securities Depository.
