-      Number of shares after additional listing: 296,924,957 shares

-      Total value after additional listing: VND2,969,249,570,000

-      Effective date of the listing license: September 21, 2018

-      Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
