1. Approving the audited semi-annual financial statements 2018:

-       Total revenue:                379.40 billion dongs (48.5% plan)

-       Profit before tax:            190.35 billion dongs (77.4% plan)

-       Exploitation output:        3,986.7 tons (30.7% plan)

-       Consumption output:      4,671.1 tons (28.3% plan)

-       Average selling price:     35.6 million dongs/ton

2. Approving the report on the progress of business production in eight months of 2018:

-       Exploitation output:        7,032.4 tons (54.1% plan)

-       Consumption output:      7,495.4 tons (45.4% plan)

-       Average selling price:     34.7 million dongs/ton

-       Total revenue:                493.24 billion dongs (63.1% plan)

3. Approving to continue to pay third cash dividend for 2017:

-       Exercise ratio: 30%/par value in cash

-       Payment time: expected in November 2018.

4. Approving the restructuring of Dong Phu – Dak Nong Rubber Joint Stock Company.
