DPG: Decision on the adjustment of stake at Dat Phuong Hoi An JSC

On September 27, 2018, the Board of Directors of Dat Phuong Joint Stock Company approved the additional capital contribution of VND12,000,000,000 in Dat Phuong Hoi An Joint Stock Company. Therefore, Dat Phuong Joint Stock Company raises its stake in Dat Phuong Hoi An Joint Stock Company up to VND152,000,000,000.

     Time of implementation: no later than December 31, 2018.
