VIC: Decision on the transfer of shares of Phuc Dong

On August 07, 2018, the Board of Directors of VINGROUP Joint Stock Company decided to transfer 29,400,000 shares of Phuc Dong Housing Development Joint Stock Company, equivalent to VND294,000,000,000, accounting for 98% charter capital.

   After the transfer completed, VINGROUP is no longer a shareholder of Phuc Dong Housing Development Joint Stock Company.
