On August 23, 2018, HOSE issued Decision No.325/QD-SGDHCM to allow Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company (securities code: VFG) to change the listing as follows:

-      Number of shares before additional listing: 30,900,355 shares

-      Additional volume: 713,106 shares

-      Total additional value (based on par value): VND7,131,060,000

-      Number of shares after additional listing: 31,613,461 shares

-      Total value after additional listing: VND316,134,610,000

-      Effective date of the listing license: August 27, 2018

-      Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
