TTB: BOD Resolution on bank loan

On August 27, 2018, the Board of Directors of Tien Bo Joint Stock Company (TTB)  approved to borrow capital at Sai Gon – Ha Noi Joint Stock Commercial Bank (SHB)  - Thai Nguyen Branch with the following details:

-       Credit line: VND300,000,000,000

-       Purpose of loan: to supplement capital for project “Trading Apartment of Green City at Bac Giang”

-   Mortgage assets: the land use right and other assets meet the requirements as the Sai Gon – Ha Noi Joint Stock Commercial Bank regulation.
