TLD: Record date for 2017 stock dividend

On August 27, 2018, Thang Long Urban Development and Construction Investment Joint Stock Company announces the record date for 2017 stock dividend as follows:

-       Record date:  September 12, 2018   

1. Reason & Purpose: to pay stock dividend for 2017.
2. Contents:

-       Exercise ratio: 04% (100:4) (Shareholders are entitled to have 04 new shares for every 100 shares owned.)

-       Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.

-       For example: At the record date, shareholder A owned 2,168 shares. With 04% performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 2,168 * 04% = 86.72 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receives 86 new shares. The fractional shares of 0.72 will be cancelled.

-       Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Thang Long Urban Development and Construction Investment Joint Stock Company.
